1. Content Responsibility

All artwork, images, descriptions, and related content you upload to The Brush Collective are your sole responsibility. You represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of each painting you list, or have the legal right to sell it.
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Your listings accurately describe the artwork (dimensions, medium, condition).

2. Platform Commission

The Brush Collective charges a 20% commission on every painting sold. You receive 80% of the sale price directly via Stripe Connect.

3. Shipping Obligation

You are solely responsible for shipping sold paintings to buyers, including:

• Shipping within 7 business days of receiving an order notification.
• Secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.
• Providing a valid tracking number via your dashboard.
• Bearing all shipping and insurance costs.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not list reproductions or prints marketed as originals, artwork containing illegal or obscene content, or non-painting items (digital art, NFTs, sculptures, etc.).

5. Account & Removal

The Brush Collective reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

6. Liability

The Brush Collective acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between buyers and artists, shipping issues, or artwork authenticity claims. By joining, you agree to hold The Brush Collective harmless from any claims arising from your content or transactions.
